Cordless drill review

According to a consumersearch.com cordless drill review the top manufacturers to compare include, Milwaukee, Panasonic, Skil, Makita and Craftsman. There are a few sizes worth considering if you are in the market for a new cordless drill. Choose between, 24, 18, 15.6 and 12v.

I am going to review and compare the following cordless power drills, Milwaukee Lok-Tor 0622-24 and the Panasonic EY6432.

The Milwaukee Lok-Tor 0622-24 battery powered drill uses an 18 volt battery. This model from Milwaukee gets top recommendations for the experts. This is a comfortable drill with ergonomic handle design. Features include, variable speed & torque settings, keyless bit change and reversible battery. The Milwaukee has the best reviews from professional tradesmen, but the Panasonic EY6432 is cheaper and also is lighter.

The Panasonic EY6432 cordless drill uses a 15.6-volt battery. Perfect for long term use because it is light and also compact in size. This drill screwed more than 100 more screws than it's closet 18 volt competitor. This model uses a Ni-MH battery, which is more environmentally friendly than other types of drills' NiCd batteries.

Between the Milwaukee and the Panasonic that I compared I would recommend the EY6432 over the Lok-Tor 0622-24.
